The goal of this tic-tac-toe is to win a complete plane. For example all X's on Level 1 then the player wins or all O's on the first row of each Level (1,2,3) then Darth wins. This includes planes up/down and diagonal. The Time Warp adds/replaces up to 9 random symbols propelling the players to a different board. This may give you an advantage or ruin your position to win.
